STARFLEET International Conferences

Welcome to the office of the STARFLEET IC Liaison!

Each year, STARFLEET, the International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc., holds its annual corporate meeting along with a fun-filled weekend of activities for all members. These International Conferences are an opportunity for STARFLEET's leaders and members to meet face to face. They're held in a different spot each year, selected two years in advance from bids submitted by various STARFLEET chapters or groups of chapters.

General Mark H. Anbinder, USS Accord, is the International Conference Liaison for the office of the Commander, STARFLEET, Fleet Admiral Sal Lizard.

Bids should be sent to me, as IC Liaison, either electronically as a PDF via e-mail to ic@sfi.org or via postal delivery to 106 Park Lane, Ithaca NY 14850. Please make arrangements with me in advance if you wish to use anything other than standard USPS first class service, such as a commercial carrier that might require a signature. (As an alternative, I suggest enclosing a stamped postcard I can return to you, or a note with an e-mail address I can drop a line to, when your bid arrives.)

Your bid must be received no later than 11:59pm Eastern Time on April 15th, 2013, in order to be considered for the 2015 International Conference. You are responsible for ensuring that it reaches me on time, so I suggest not waiting until the last week to mail it or the last hour to e-mail it.
