The STARFLEET International Conference is the organization’s largest annual event and in person business meeting where members of STARFLEET: The International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc. gather together to participate in meetings, information sessions/panels, a formal banquet, an awards ceremony, meet the organization’s leadership, enjoy various forms of entertainment, as well as other events.
The International Conference is also the annual gathering of some of the organization’s affiliate groups such as the STARFLEET Marine Corps (SFMC) who host a muster for all Marines in the Fleet with it’s own events, banquet, and awards ceremony. The Marines also participate in the opening and closing ceremonies of the IC as well as the Final Mission Ceremony which is dedicated to all the members of the organization that have passed during the year.
